Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn and unwashed items from the Ruff Life Rescue Wear Collection within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that fundraiser items, custom collections, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is an error or defect on our part. If there is a problem with your order, we will happily work to make it right.

For approved returns, the product purchase price will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For exchanges, please return the unworn item along with your original order number and exchange instructions (correct size, color, etc.). Once received, replacement items typically ship the next business day.

International shipping charges, customs duties, VAT fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Shipping Questions

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All orders ship from California.

Ruff Life Rescue Wear observes all major U.S. holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship using USPS for most packages.

United States

USPS Ground Advantage / First Class Mail
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after shipment
Tracking information is included with every order.

USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days after shipment, depending on location
Tracking information is included with every order.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

International Orders

USPS First Class International
Estimated delivery: 2–8 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.

Most international orders arrive within 10–21 business days, though some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, or brokerage charges determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If an international order is returned due to unpaid customs fees or refused delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates begin once USPS scans the package into their system. Please allow up to 36 hours for tracking information to appear.

International orders are generally only tracked while within the United States. Once the package leaves the U.S., tracking visibility may vary depending on the destination country's postal system.

Once a package leaves our facility, we are unable to redirect or change the shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the product price may be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and reshipping may require additional postage.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most international locations.

If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact us at ruffliferw@yahoo.com and we will do our best to add your location to our shipping system within 1 business day.


Product Questions

What size should I order?

A size chart is included within each product description.

For the best fit, we recommend measuring your favorite-fitting shirt and comparing it to the measurements provided.

Width: Measured across the garment one inch below the armholes.

Length: Measured from the top of the shoulder/neckline to the bottom hem.


Order Questions

How do I use a discount code?

When available, discount codes can be entered during checkout after your shipping information has been entered.

Please note that only one discount code may be used per order.
